Created using recycled glass, fused and slumped at temperatures ranging from 780'C to 820'C, each vessel is unique in its form and decoration.

Window glass is combined with glass from wine bottles and other re-usable sources resulting in subtle coloured detail on essentially transparent forms.

By cutting the glass free-hand a very natural and spontaneous element is retained as the glass heats and melts. Each vessel evolves differently as it goes through the firing process creating truly unique designs. Allowing the glass this freedom imitates the responsive movement created by forces within the natural world.
